We are "moving from the information age to the conceptual age" the workplace is changing as automation and to remain, competitive workers, teachers, librarians, and principals need new skills.
Schools must embrace new designs for learning based on emerging research about how students learn effectively uses of technology and 21st-century skills in the context of rigorous academic content.
Soft skills include Learning skills, Life skills, and Literacy skills.
