SCERT

The  State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT)  was set up in each STATE on the pattern of NCERT. As Education is a state Subject. NCERT can not do much to improve in the state. The SCERT has program Advisory Committee under the chairmanship of the State Education Minister.
