THE MAN WHO HAS NO INNER LIFE IS A SLAVE TO HIS SURROUNDINGS

To calm down the mind few minutes, observe the incoming breath, outgoing breath, it is observing very attentively, very vigilance, constantly vigilance incoming and outgong breath. Attention is focused on monitoring the breath and nothing thoughts crossing the mind ... as a ... detached witness. If the man who has serves hundredths people at a time then the person gets some inner space at a few secend. The man who has observed entire length of incoming and outgoing breath for a few minutes it is very alert, aware constantly aware entrance of nostril and below the nostril it may be aware inner sense of the human being.

Today's world is so fast we get the chance for recognition. We do the maximum input for the higgest output. But we cannot realize the pots circumference it is not necessary to touch all people in the same height.

Self discipline, core values, a sense of identity, and integrity give order and structure to an individual's inner life, and when that inner life is in order, a person can navigate almost anything the world throws at him.
